In order to track and improve audience engagement within select email campaigns, MailChimp’s CRM platform provided the precise tools for the creation of more responsive, vibrant and workable flows with unique audience segmentation and triggers to aid in increasing open rate and readership amongst targeted audiences.

The Call serves as Fontbonne University’s weekly source of vital campus news and announcements with all faculty and staff. Curated sections and content aided in attention and assimilation of high-level content necessitated by these audiences, while more comprehensive details are cross populated on the university’s intranet.






An email campaign promoting an alumni discount was deployed to segmented alumni audiences using newly designed university-branded templates with simple messaging and highlighted call-to-action prompts. MailChimp’s engagement and audience management tools allowed for comparison of click-throughs versus enrollment application inquiries to the Office of Admission.
